Sirloin steak with roasted baby potatoes and asparagus. The steak is grilled with a simple seasoning blend. The baby potatoes are lightly tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper and roasted in the oven then sauteed together with some corn. Carbs are moderate in this dish but if you would like a lower carb option we can give a half portion size of the corn and potatoes and increase the amount of asparagus upon request!
